Group Classes
All classes are donation-based.
Not your typical prenatal class! Join us for a 4-part group class series that follows you through your entire pregnancy and early postpartum. Each trimester-based class is designed to relate to where you are in your pregnancy. These classes provide a step-by-step guide to achieving your breastfeeding goals through navigating pregnancy and prenatal care, birth and labor choices, and early postpartum life.
Group classes are offered (Wisconsin and Minnesota) based on requests, at this time. Please contact me, directly, to inquire.

Online Classes & Private Classes
All classes are donation-based.
Groups aren’t your thing? That’s okay! milk&granola offers private classes for families, as well. You will receive all of the same education as the group class, but in a preferred private setting.
Online trimester-based classes are also available for those who prefer to learn in the comfort of their home, at their own pace.
See below for more details on class descriptions.

Private Consultations
Want to dive even deeper into personalizing your breastfeeding plan? milk&granola offers private prenatal consultations for families who want more support in setting goals, breastfeeding education, and care plans.
