In highschool, I began taking ASL classes and immediately loved learning the language. A love that quickly evolved in ways I never imagined. I met my husband, who is Deaf, and dove heart-first into making ASL my life. I got my degree in interpreting from Saint Paul College, and immediately started working with Deaf/Deaf+ youth and young adults. After a very tough pregnancy and the birth of our son, I left my position to be a full-time mom. Now, I continue to work as a staff interpreter on a small scale while running my practice, milk&granola.
